Service · Cloud Development

Infrastructure that scales when you do.
Without the surprise bill.

Secure, adaptable cloud architecture — designed for reliability, cost-awareness, and growth, with observability built in from day one.

Cloud-native by default · built to scale.
—— What we deliver

Cloud done properly.

Architecture, pipelines, monitoring, and guardrails — set up so your infrastructure is reproducible, observable, and ready to grow with you.

Architecture & Infrastructure-as-Code

Cloud architecture designed for your workload, then captured as code — so environments are reproducible, reviewable, and easy to roll back instead of hand-clicked and forgotten.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated build, test, and deploy pipelines so shipping is a calm, repeatable event — not a manual ritual someone has to remember the steps for at the end of the day.

Observability & monitoring

Logs, metrics, traces, and alerting wired in from day one — so you can see what's happening, get paged before users do, and debug with evidence instead of guesses.

Security & compliance

Least-privilege access, network boundaries, secrets handling, and audit trails built into the foundation — so security is a default of the design, not a scramble before a review.

—— Cloud pain we fix

When the cloud fights back.

Most cloud pain comes down to the same few things — costs you can't predict, deploys you dread, and silence when something breaks. We fix the cause, not the symptom.

01 / Cost

Runaway, unpredictable costs

The bill creeps up every month and nobody can say why. We right-size resources and surface cost per service, so the invoice stops being a surprise.

02 / Deploys

Fragile, scary deploys

Every release rides on one person and a folder of manual steps. We replace it with automated pipelines and safe rollbacks, so shipping is routine.

03 / Visibility

No visibility when things break

An outage starts and your first clue is a customer email. We add logs, metrics, and alerting so you find out first — and fix it with evidence.

—— Services

A service for every layer of the stack.

Engage us for one focused piece or the whole platform — each stands on its own, and each reinforces the next.

Cloud Architecture

A target architecture designed for your workload, your budget, and the way you want to scale.

Infrastructure-as-Code

Environments captured as code — reproducible, reviewable, and easy to roll back instead of hand-clicked.

CI/CD Pipelines

Automated build, test, and deploy so shipping is a calm, repeatable event — not a manual ritual.

Observability & Monitoring

Logs, metrics, traces, and alerting wired in — so you get paged before users do and debug with evidence.

Security & Compliance

Least-privilege access, network boundaries, secrets handling, and audit trails built into the foundation.

Cost Optimization

Right-sizing and cost-per-service visibility, so spend tracks usage instead of drifting upward unwatched.

—— How it works

From assessment to operations.

A clear path from understanding what you have today to running it well tomorrow — each phase building on the last.

1
Phase 01

Assess

Map the current state — architecture, risks, and where the cost is going. We start by understanding what you actually have before we change anything.

2
Phase 02

Architect

Design the target architecture and capture it as infrastructure-as-code, with clean, repeatable environments for development, staging, and production.

3
Phase 03

Build / Migrate

Stand up the new foundation or migrate existing workloads onto it — incrementally and safely, with pipelines and guardrails in place before traffic moves.

4
Phase 04

Operate

Monitor, alert, and optimize on an ongoing basis — keeping the platform observable, cost-aware, and ready to scale as your product grows.

—— The engagement, week by week

A cloud engagement, plotted out.

A typical engagement, week by week. Phases overlap — pipelines and monitoring go in before traffic ever moves.

—— Selected work

Products we’ve built to ship and scale.

A few of the products we’ve shaped — from connected fitness and healthcare to mobility and IoT, each running on infrastructure built to grow.

—— Common questions

What teams ask first.

Which cloud we use, migrating what you already run, keeping costs in check, ongoing operations, and how we approach security and compliance.

Which cloud — AWS, GCP, or Azure?

All three. We work across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure and pick based on your workload, existing tooling, and team — not a house preference. If you're already on one, we build with it rather than push a migration you don't need.

Can you migrate our existing infrastructure?

Yes. We start by assessing what you run today, then migrate incrementally — workload by workload, with pipelines and monitoring in place first — so the move is gradual and reversible rather than a risky big-bang cutover.

How do you keep cloud costs under control?

We design with spend in mind from the start — right-sizing resources, choosing the right services for the job, and making cost per service visible. The goal is infrastructure you understand and won't overpay for, not a bill nobody can explain.

Do you handle ongoing ops / on-call?

We can. Some clients want us running operations and on-call ongoing; others want us to set up the monitoring and alerting and hand off to their team. We're happy either way and will set up whichever model fits how you want to operate.

How do you approach security & compliance?

We build it into the foundation — least-privilege access, network boundaries, secrets handling, and audit trails as defaults rather than afterthoughts. When you have specific compliance requirements, we design the controls around them so reviews are confirmation, not a scramble.
