Start with a conversation,
not a contract.
Tell us what you’re trying to build. We listen first, ask sharp questions, and give you an honest read — even if the answer is “don’t build AI for this.”
Four questions. Then a real reply.
Send us your situation — half-built, mid-pilot, post-raise, post-acquisition, or just exploring. Inside two business days a founder reads it personally and comes back with a recommendation, not a pitch.
Tell us about your project
Four quick sections. About 60 seconds. Required fields marked *.
Thanks, there — we got it.
A founder will read it personally. No SDR will follow up, we don’t have one.
- Dan or Daniel reads the message within two business days.
- You get a short reply and a calendar link to pick a 30-minute slot.
- If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and point you somewhere we think is.
What teams ask first.
What happens after you send the form, who reads it, what to expect on the first call, and what we do if we’re not the right fit.
How fast will I hear back?
Inside two business days. A founder reads the message personally — not a BDR, not an auto-responder. If we’re a fit, we reply with a short calendar link to pick a 30-minute slot. If we’re not, we say so and point you to someone we think is.
Who actually answers the first call?
Dan Katcher (Founder & CEO) for new engagements, Daniel Rondeau (CTO) for technical scoping. If we move forward, those same two are on every gate review of your engagement — no “you met the partner, now meet your team” bait-and-switch.
What if I’m not ready to scope a project yet?
Reach out anyway. Plenty of first calls are “help me think this through” conversations — no commitment, no follow-up drip. If you’re three months away from making a decision, we’d rather talk now and come back later than push you into a scope you’re not ready for.
Do you take small projects?
Yes — Prototype Sprints (3–6 weeks) and AI Audits (2–4 weeks) are deliberately sized so smaller teams can engage without committing to a long contract. If the budget genuinely doesn’t fit, we’ll tell you what would, and how to get there.
What happens to my information after I submit?
It goes to the founders’ inboxes. No CRM auto-enrichment, no email marketing list, no retargeting pixel. If we don’t end up working together, your details aren’t reused for anything else.
Are you only working with Boston-area teams?
No — the studio is in Needham, MA, but we run engagements across the US, Canada, the UK, and EMEA. Time zones get scoped into the cadence on day one (gate reviews on overlap, async standups for the rest).
What we’re writing about.
Field notes from the studio — what we’re learning about AI products, agent UX, and the messy reality of shipping software in 2026.
